What we collect

Information you give us. Our forms ask for some or all of the following, depending on which form you use:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Investor type and the investment size you are considering
• Whether you confirm you are an accredited investor
• A property address, if you are telling us about a property
• Any message you write

The newsletter signup asks only for your email address.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting providers record standard technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. We use your IP address to limit repeated form submissions and to investigate abuse. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers.

Information stored in your browser. If you close the investor popup on our homepage, your browser remembers that so the popup does not appear again. This stays on your device and is not sent to us.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to reply to you, to send you updates about EM8 and our investment opportunities if you asked for them, and to add you to our investor records if you are an investor. We do not sell your personal information.

Who else handles it

We use a few service providers to run the site. Each handles your information only to provide its service to us:

• Sanity stores form submissions and the content of this site.
• Resend delivers the email that tells our team about each submission.
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a form submission comes from a person, not a bot. It runs in your browser when you use a form.
• Railway and Netlify host and serve the website.
• Agora runs our investor portal. If you are an investor, we may add your details to Agora so you can reach offering materials. When you log in to the portal or verify your accredited status, Agora's own privacy policy applies.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for as long as we have a business relationship with you or need them for our records.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you have given us, or to stop sending you emails, by writing to info@em-8.com. Every marketing email we send includes a way to unsubscribe.

Children

This site is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this statement, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
